First Flight Preschool Director

Administers day-to-day operation of the program in keeping with its policies and philosophy. Oversees human resources, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, financial responsibility, and physical facility. Promotes positive image of the program within the community and establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities, local and county health departments, and other regulatory agencies.

Expected Hours:
35-40 hours per week.
8am - 2:30pm, M-Thurs
3-5 hours Flex work
June: Office closed (Work from home)
July: Remote 50%
2 Days/Week, 8am - 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $26.50/hr (Approximately $55,000/yr)
