Communications Residency
This residency is not primarily about marketing. It is about learning to steward the voice of a local church in a way that reflects the heart of Christ, the truth of Scripture, and the beauty of what God is doing in His people.
You will work closely with pastoral leadership, ministry teams, and the Sunday Gathering team to help tell the story of life, growth, and mission at Alliance Community Fellowship.
You will learn how communication serves not just information, but discipleship, care, and evangelism.
Expected Hours:
15-20 hours per week.
9:30am - 2:30pm, M-Thurs
Events Coordinator
To plan and execute church-wide events that build biblical community, celebrate what God is doing, and create clear next steps for engagement. Events at ACF are designed to connect people across ACF and to Christ through ACF ministries.
Expected Hours:
20-30 hours per week.

Finance Assistant
To steward the financial resources of ACF with integrity, accuracy, and transparency, supporting the mission of making disciples.

Gathering Director/Pastor
To lead and shepherd Sunday Gatherings that help people love Jesus, learn from Him, and live like Him by creating environments that are Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and formed around God’s Word. In addition, work alongside our Student Ministry to lead and disciple future leaders to use their music and production gifts during Wednesday Student Gatherings and Sunday Gatherings.
Expected Hours:
40+ hours per week.
3-4 days onsite + Wednesday evenings and Sundays
Sports Outreach Director
To leverage sports as a platform for evangelism and discipleship, helping people take next steps toward Jesus through relational, Christ-centered environments.
Expected Hours:
40 hours per week.
